I learned knitting and sewing as a young child from my artistic grandmother.
I have enjoyed these skills throughout my life and have always made knit-wear as well as pillows and all sorts of bags. As a retired Natural Foods Chef I created my line of Happy Day Packs/ Mini Backpack Purses. The combining of beautiful and unique fabrics, along with the technical challenges of hand sewing are, for me, a satisfying combination.
Picturing people of all ages, on their bikes and scooters, hiking in the woods, mountains or at the beach with their Happy Day Packs is my inspiration.
