Doug and Nettie Vaughan
Nature and its elements are what truly inspire Nettie. Her work's root lies in creating pieces that whisk the viewer to a simple, organic place. A clamshell, wave caps, a ripe tomato, or a bumblebee are what move me.
Doug is an accomplished artist who prides himself on understanding light, shadow, and perspective. When he loosens his grip on the brush, those works seem to be the ones the collectors seek and await patiently to acquire.
