Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with A Pleasant Shoppe. Because we work with independent artists and offer made-to-order products, our return policy varies by product type.

Original Artwork All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original works, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

Prints & Print-on-Demand Items Our prints and POD products are produced to order and cannot be returned for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo — we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
